  • VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS

    - Graduate of Engineering or related Business courses

    - Preferably Male, not more than 50 years of age

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Responsible for the design and enhancement of the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

    - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

    - Ability to build and maintain a strong Client relationship

    - Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

    - Manages approved allocated resources such as manpower and budget ensuring optimal utilization reducing wastage aiming for cost efficiency.

    - Ensures all potential operational risks are identified and mitigated protecting both the interest of the company and client.

    - Supervises all direct reports on performance and compliance.

    - Directs middle management in developing action plans, ensures objectives, goals, schedules and assignments are clearly defined achieve targeted opportunities.

    - Analyzes submitted reports and provides guidance and direction for any deviation and changes in projected vs actual output.

    - Create and execute project work plans and ensures that all legal documents are complete, current and stored appropriately and signed.

    - Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk and implements quality assurance processes.

    - Make improvements, solve problems or take corrective actions when problems arise.

    - Plan, administer and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective support of programs and policies are adhered to.

    - Provide management oversight as predicated by review of the project risk analysis, risk response and project plan.

    - Implement action plans and projects, monitor their progress and where needed, develop alternatives to manage costs, the tasks and projects to ensure their timely completion.

    - Lead in solving problems that could arise during daily operations. This includes analysis, tapping outside resource, negotiation with project representatives, suppliers or other parties, and deciding course of action.

    - Coordinate with internal and external groups to maintain efficient and effective work flow and information communication from which all would mutually gain.

  • SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

    -Graduate of BS Electrical/Electronics and Communications Engineering

    -Graduate of BS Management/Marketing or any related business courses

    -Preferably Female, not more than 35 years old

    -Background in lighting, dimming and audio-visual systems is an advantage

    -With minimum of five (5) years experience in the same capacity

    -Flexible to multi-tasking and keen to details

    -Has strong leadership skills

    -Must be independent, outgoing, result-oriented and team player

    -Must be assertive, eager to learn, persistent and enthusiastic

    -Willing to work on longer hours (open time)

    -With good written and verbal communication skills

    -Computer literate

    -With Professional Drivers’ License (Service Vehicle)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Develops and implements top management strategies for Sales & Marketing that provides over-all direction and objective relating to company products and services, product pricing, promotion and distribution.

    - Provides regular reports to the President pertaining to all activities of Sales & Marketing and gives recommendation for improvement and growth, client satisfaction.

    - Maintains relationships on a top-level with suppliers and vendors for goodwill.

    - Handles the day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving Key Performance Indicators.

  • ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    -Graduate of BS Electrical or Electronic Communications Engineering/BS Marketing

    -Preferable Female, not more than 32 years of age

    -With minimum of two (2) years experience in the same capacity

    -Flexible to multi-tasking and keen to details

    -Enthusiastic in providing Sales, Marketing and Marketing Strategy Development

    -Must be able to communicate with different kinds of people

    -Can work with minimum supervision and cooperative

    -Willing to work on longer hours (open time)

    -With good written and verbal communication skills

    -Computer literate

    -With Professional Drivers’ License (Service Vehicle)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Communicates directly with the Clientele in terms of building business relationships, marketing meetings, negotiations, closing projects and mediates the client requirements to the Technical Sales Team.

    - Develops and produces Client materials and collaterals, proposals, promoting products, services and ideas.

    - Deal with Clients’ concerns from the projects and delegates properly to the After Sales team.

    - Creates marketing strategies, scheduling of meetings with the Clients and instructs the Technical Sales Team in providing necessary documents to be submitted to the Client.

    - Assists the Billing and Collection in coordinating with Clients that concerns billing matters.

    - Attends to trade fairs, exhibits and events related to the systems and solutions we offer to the Client.

  • COST ENGINEER/PROJECT SCHEDULER

    -Graduate of BS Electrical/Electronics and Communication Engineering

    -Atleast 3 years of working experience with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training

    -With strong knowledge in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting

    -Excellent in MS Project and Primavera Scheduling

    -Must be be analytical, hardworking, trustworthy, systematic, highly organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Provides palnning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of projects progress to the preparation of customer billing processes

    - Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditures including checking and verifying of invoices and claims from suppliers to ensure the projects expenditure are captured and properly recorded.

    - Responsible to do and perform any related activities and axecut, sign and deliver any documents and papers in connection with project.

    - Provide cost control and planning advice to the operations Manager as and when required.

    - Attend and submit a timely and accurate costing report every week to Operation Manager.

    - Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports through monitoring of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project

    - Perform and manage projects activity scheduling and monitoring

    - Coordinate and works with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
